In 2022, an Old Forth Ward resident pulled up to her house as a bulldozer was knocking it down. Her deed was stolen and the first warning she had was the bulldozer knocking down walls.
But it’s not just theft that can rob someone of a home. Simply missing a tax bill can unexpectedly send your house into foreclosure with no warning.
No one should lose their home due to fraud or a simple missed tax payment.
Elect me, Joe Hughes, as our next Clerk of Superior Court and I will make it my mission to virtually ELLIMINATE deed theft in Fulton County.
In the meantime, you can avoid being caught unaware if someone tries to steal your home or take out a fraudulent mortgage.

No account or password needed. Simply follow these steps:
- Click “Login Here” at the bottom of the Welcome page
- Enter your email address OR cell phone number
- Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone
Add your name:
4. Click the “Add Notification Request” button
5. Click the “Name Notification” button
6. Check all 4 boxes and click “I accept the Program Terms of Use”
7. Enter your First and Last name. Check the “I acknowledge” box and then click the “Add Notification Request” button.
Add your property:
8. Click “Add Notification Request” button again on the main dashboard.
9. Click the “Address Notification” button
10. Check all 5 boxes and click “I accept the Program Terms of Use”
11. Enter your property address, check the “I acknowledge” box and click “Add Notification Request”
Update your contact information and notification preferences:
12. Click your name in the upper right of the screen for your profile.
13. Using the menu bar on the left, you can add your email address or phone number, and update your notification methods.
